Directions of Use
- Wear Pad with the fleece side up.
- Fasten the buttons around your panty.
- Change pad as frequently as you need to feel comfortable
- Soak in cold water with soiled side facing down for min. 30 minutes (avoid hot water to avoid staining).

Wash by hand, rubbing the fabric against itself (do not brush). Best use natural soap
Pull into shape and then - Dry on clothesline, best in sunlight.
- Drying in direct sunlight can help prevent staining and is a natural sanitizer.
- Carry used pads by folding inwards, put them in zip pouch. Store in clean, dry environment.

To wear a reusable sanitary pad, position the pad on your underwear and secure it with the snap buttons that are on your pad. And wear it like you usually do.
Sanitary pads of cotton or other natural fibres free from chemicals and odors are safe and harmless as they do not react to the skin.
While cotton pads do not have a fixed expiration date, it is recommended to use them within an approximate 18-month period.
